What effects will i see if i drink redline but dont excercise intensely?

im on a strict low carb low cal diet and do light excercising a few times a week. like half an hour on the eliptical 3 or 4 times a week. by drinking half a redline everyday will i see faster results and more fat burn?

Yes you can transfer everything over to your new tank. I did it with a 55 gal to a 75 gal in one day. Take all your water out save it, then take out your gravel put in new tank, put back live rock in new tank and so on. you may have to add some new salt water but that will be fine. I added fish back the same all are doing fine.

How did you feel about the opening ceremony?

The dedication of the Vancouver games to the Georgian luger was very appropriate and touching. What about the rest of the ceremony? Imitation may be the best form of flattery but I saw too many cheap copies of China's opening ceremony during the rest of the ceremony. I felt it could have been much more original and that the whole piece did not express the Canadian story well enough to truly demonstrate Canadian pride or to entice me to explore Canada (the rock-n-roll violin piece was particularity troublesome for me). The only real high light for me was the poet. He, alone, expressed Canadian pride the best and truly gave me a want to visit Canada. How do you feel about it?
