What are African Cities Like?

Imagine Chicago, except everyone is black. And when you think of 'poor', well the poor are actually poor. Not like the 'poor' in Chicago that have T.V.'s cars, gold toofs, weed, a lil bling, i mean actually poor. Like mud people poor.
