Returning backpack to Tillys?

i want to return a backpack i received for christmas. Tilly's return and exchange policy says it has to be within 30 days of purchase. It has been 32 days and i will probably return it tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow. since it has only been a couple days after the deadline would i still be able to return the backpack for store credit?
