Help me! how to toilet train my dog?

OK in order to train a dog you have to stay on top of whatever you are teaching them every 15 minutes all day long. If he doesn't pee when you take him out, stay out all day until he does. He is learning it's ok to pee since your MOM won't allow you to obedience him. Don't use your hand, roll up a newspaper, so after a week all you have to do is show him the newspaper and he knows what it does. I will tell you this little dogs are notorious for peeing in the house. Dogs don't like to live in their own urine/feces, but when your a tiny dog in a house, you have plenty of room to get away from your play area. Don't use newspaper, take him out after every nap, every morning, before bed, after every meal, and every hour. STAY OUTSIDE UNTIL HE PEES, when you come in award him with a cookie. If you can't let him out that much put him in a kennel, or lock him in a small area, that will make him less likely to poop/pee. Good luck
