What's the deal with little burgers?

Well if it's smaller, that must mean I need like 5 or maybe 10...why not 15 to fill me up. At what $1 a pop?! The idea is to make more money. Since they are smaller, and we all know we eat with our eyes, you will think you need more to feel satisfied. They could also be trying to appeal to a more feminine friendly marketing group, girls think small things are cute, plus they will hold less calories...ha.
