Is nightmare on the bayou in houston tx worth $30?

okay so me and my friends want to go to the haunted bayou in houston tx but i want to know if this thing is really all its cracked up to be. i know its next to a cemetery and supposedly haunted but is it really scary and really worth the 2 hour drive, gas, and money
