Anyone who wants Marijuana legalized, is a pothead, just like Abraham Lincoln. Right?

A tremendous amount of money could be saved and used much more effectively in our nations judicial system if they shifted the long standing and very, very costly focus away from marijuana prohibition. The federal governments war on marijuana has failed and is doomed to continue to fail. Even more so as more and more states soften their laws. The time to act is NOW before the market becomes unmanageable. There is still time for the federal and state governments to benefit financially.
