I found a little baby mouse?

My cat found a baby mouse. it is unharmed and its eyes are open... i'm not going to put it outside since it is the middle of winter and im not going to let my cat eat it for those of u who feel like being smart alics... i have a small fish tank, guinea pig bedding and oatmeal... what else should i do? and what should it drink?
