Job application, help!!?

hi, i'm applying for a job abroad in greece as a waitress. It's a very lively bar/ nightclub. i'm having a bit of trouble with the 'about me' section. I don't waqnt to sound boring but i don't want to sound ditzy too!! just wondered if you could give me some tips on a really good one? thank you!!
