Thoughts on religion? not sure what i believe could you help me out?

I am an agnostic, i don't believe in god. or that what i thought...sometimes ill find myself in a sticky spot and my mind just jumps to asking "god" for help. i do this without thinking. so what im asking is can you give me your opinions on if you think its just a momentary thing? or do i really believe?
