Was I wrong for blaming my mother for tearing our family apart?

Your mom probably feels terrible for what she has done now. she probably feels like she wants to go back in time and change what she has done. Now to your side of the story, if you are not exageratign then you may be overwhelmed with all the work she has given you, and she may be taking atvantage of you, but the best thing you can do is sit together and talk.
