What are the several other courses what i can do with BBA 2nd year?

i am a 12thcommerce student i have completed the FY BBA i want to know can i change the college after the fy bba but it is said that the degree is not given if anyone changes the university please help me for this. and what are the othe optional courses i can do with my SY BBA which will be beneficial to me
