EKG Technician Question?

I am going to interview for an EKG Technician. I need to know if the hospital is going to train me, do they pay for the training? Is the training considered my first fay of work? Do they pay me for it. What usually takes place in this situation? Is there any where online that I could read up on or research this type of training or testing? Any Insight would be helpful, Thank You.
