I have my sister on the mortgage and she wants me to buy her out of the deed?

I live in florida and my home and everything Is here. I put my sister name on it too now mind u she has never even lived here nor paid any money towards the mortgage,but wants me to buy her out,I really do not need anyone bashing me telling me of an unwise decision I've made I just would like some insight of woukd I should do? Or is there anything I can do to get her off w/out buying her out. Thanks in advance
